Conflicting sources

Two or more indexed sources that disagree, flagged rather than averaged away.

A corpus accumulates contradictions: a Slack thread that reversed a Notion page, two docs that both claim to be the process. An assistant that picks the smoother paragraph hides the problem. A flag shows it.

Cairn flags conflicting sources. You decide which one stands, and you can update the other if it is yours to update. The flag is not permission to delete. Actions remain approval-gated. The reading guide is the essay on citations, confidence, and conflicts.
