Each page is a job with steps, a warning, and the terms you will meet along the way. They are written from the apps' actual behavior.

Free up space on a MacBook
Start from the free-space readout, preview a Smart Clean, and leave removals in the Trash until you know the Mac still works.
Clear Xcode DerivedData
DerivedData is Xcode's build cache. Smart Clean can include it. Preview the path, then let it go to the Trash.
Delete node_modules safely
node_modules can be reinstalled from the lockfile. Preview every copy, keep the Trash, and do not confuse it with the npm cache.
Clean npm, Gradle, and Cargo caches
These caches exist so the next build does not re-download the world. Remove them only when you can afford the next download.
Sort Downloads with plain-English rules
Describe the sort in ordinary language, then read the preview. Auto-Sort is filing. It is not the same as a delete.
Set up Autopilot for a watched folder
Autopilot watches a folder you pick. It does not skip the preview, and it does not empty the Trash for you.

The savings history is a record of cleans on your Mac. It is not a benchmark, and files still in the Trash are not free space yet.

Put the cursor in the message, hold the hotkey, and speak. Add names to the dictionary. Proofread before you send.
Voice typing for writers
Dictate a first draft into the editor you already use. Teach Murmur the names. Edit after, with the cursor in the same document.
Custom dictionary and snippets
Add the words the model keeps missing, and the phrases you do not want to speak in full. Then dictate again and see if the preview of the text is right.

Index the notes, ask a question you could also answer by opening a file, and open the citation.
Find duplicate documents
Open the knowledge health report, read the duplicates it lists, and decide yourself. Deletion is an approval-gated action, not a side effect of the report.
Ask Slack and Notion, and read the source age
Slack threads and Notion docs drift apart. Cairn can index both, cite the sentence, and show how old the source is.

The report lists duplicates and outdated docs. It is not a grade, and it does not clean the corpus unless you approve an action.
