License key
Lemon Squeezy emails the license key. This page is the help for finding it. An online lookup button stays off until a portal address is configured.
License lookup is not connected yet.
Where the key comes from
After a purchase, Lemon Squeezy emails the key and the receipt to the address used at checkout. Check that inbox, including spam, before you assume the key was not issued.
The thank-you page
If the store sends you to the thank-you page with license_key or license in the address, that page shows the key. It does not invent one, and it does not remember one after you leave.
If you still cannot find it
Write to harishganapathi@sevenhillshq.com with the subject License key, the app name, and the order email. Do not send a card number. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record.
Questions
Can I look up a license key on this site?
Not until a lookup address is configured. Until then the button on this page says lookup is not connected, and the key remains the one Lemon Squeezy emailed.
Where is my license key?
In the Lemon Squeezy email, and on the thank-you page when the redirect includes it.
