The writing, the mark, and the layout of this website belong to Seven Hills Software. You may link to it. You may not copy the essays or the glossary onto another site and present them as your own.

Product descriptions are the behavior we ship. They are not a promise of a feature that is not written down. Comparison pages are not an endorsement of another company, and they are not a claim that we have audited their product this week.

A purchase, when checkout is open, is processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. The license key they issue is what entitles you to use the app under the terms presented at checkout. One key is for your use of that app. Do not publish the key.

Check each app page for its macOS requirement. The apps read or change local data and connected accounts only as described on their pages: Disk Housekeeper previews a clean, Murmur dictates, Cairn cites sources, Errand asks before actions, and AutomatorAI works on chosen folders.

Do not attack the site, probe it for other people's orders, or use a license key you did not receive from a purchase or from us. Do not use the apps to gain access to files or accounts you are not allowed to read. Cairn's connections to Slack and Notion are for workspaces you are allowed to connect.

The apps and the site are provided as described. We do not warrant that a clean will recover a particular amount of space, that dictation will be error-free, or that a citation will always be the document you hoped for. Those are the reasons the preview, the proofread, and the citation exist.

To the extent the law allows a disclaimer, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some places do not allow that disclaimer. In those places, it applies only as far as it legally can.
