AutomatorAI is a working title for a native macOS app that organizes files in folders you choose. You can run a one-time action or create a rule for a watched folder. The project uses real local file operations and starts with an empty workspace. Its final name and production download are still being prepared.

Choose a folder and review the result. The name and final release details are still being prepared.

What it does

Choose the folders

The app asks you to select a folder before working with its files.

One-time actions

Organize, rename, zip, back up, or file items in a folder you picked.

Folder rules

Create rules for a selected folder and see the actions in the app history.

Local workspace

The app starts without sample history or a prefilled rule library.

A folder task, in order

  1. Choose a folder

Select the folder you want the app to work on. Start with a folder whose contents you know.

  2. Choose an action or rule

Run a one-time organization task or set a rule for future matching files.

  3. Check what happened

Read the result and history in the app. Keep a backup of important files before using any file automation.

What you can count on

Five promises about the apps and the studio. They are not reviews, ratings, or a claim about how many people use the software.

On your Mac

Murmur transcribes on the Mac. Cairn works with local files and the services you choose to connect. Disk Housekeeper previews disk changes. Errand connects to work accounts only when you configure them, and AutomatorAI works on folders you select.
